Wonderful family-friendly hotel with a very clean pool and views of the sea. Unique & functional room, with baggage storage and very fast internet. Competent employees who always deliver a great service. Particularly good and ideal location next to surrounding bars, the Hard Rock, and the pizzeria in a very lively area.

The hotel has an efficient staff. the breakfast is of high quality and delicious, with a wide array of meals. - Convenient central location near the beach, clubs, bars, restaurants, massage parlors, and shopping malls.

It was a really nice stay during the Songkran holidays. Everything was perfect, best stuff, magnificent views of the sea. The location was favorable, down from beach road with easy access to souvenir stores and a supermarket. The poolside restaurant served a good choice of outstanding food.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The spacious rooms were perfect for families with children, and the variety of activities and swimming pools kept the kids entertained. The buffet dinner was delicious, although it would be great if they offered a special offer for half-board guests to reduce food waste. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were new-fashioned and functional with wonderful views. The staff were lively and created a cozy atmosphere. I truly enjoyed spending time in the executive outdoor bar.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, only a short 10-15 minute walk from a shopping mall. The room was spacious and practical, with useful amenities like baggage storage and fast internet, we really liked it. We also discovered some great bars and cafés nearby during our stay.

The room was good-sized with the rock royalty floors, a King or Queen bed plus great views, I felt comfortable there. Stunning location close to shops, I loved it.
